I'm going to start this shit with good news to soften the blow of bad news then try to come up with good news to end it... Uh so, Bruce Campbell is adamant that Army of Darkness 2 is happening.

Something bad... Uh Tim Burton is in talks to direct a sequel to beetle juice.

Uh something else bad... Someone on the podcast has smelly dog farts

Marvel producer Kevin Feige is more misogynistic than me. He actually is saying that Pepper Potts and Jane Foster are heroines... So they don't need a female character to headline a film so uh yeah we could see one but probably not.

Another bad... Emile Hirsch or Joaquin Phoenix are being eyed to play iconic actor John Belushi in a biopic about his life.

And end with something good... Well something that could be taken as either depending on the person. Ben Kingsley is working on a secret project for Marvel... What could it be?

Lastly, with the remake of Carrie doing a bit less than expected and the remake of Maniac on Netflix lets talk about what remakes are better or worse than the originals.

Gypsy Danger will not be Christian Gray! Charlie Hunnam has backed out of the fifty shades movie because his sons of anarchy schedule won't permit it. Or he realized that woman who watch sons can just masturbate to him every week.

Batman vs Übermensch starts filming this weekend at an ELAC football game... Though football games are now notoriously bad for Batsy now. This seems to be more to show that both Gotham and Metropolis are part of the same universe seeing that colleges from both cities will face off against each other in these first shots.

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler have signed up to host the next 2 golden globes. Because Christian/Muslim America can't handle 2 strong females to host the oscars.

Marvel has announced 2 new television projects one based around Agent Carter, Hayley Atwell's character from CapAm 1 and the star of the marvel one shot on the Iron Man 3 home releases; and one based on Item 47, a Marvel one shot found on the home release of The Avengers. Also, the company is trying to sell a secret 4 series and 1 mini series project to and online streaming distributor.

Can't tell if hoax or not but Anthony Hopkins had either written a letter or someone wrote a letter saying they were the Oscar winning actor, to Bryan Cranston after watching the entire series of Breaking Bad in about 2 weeks. This is what it said:

Dear Mister Cranston.

I wanted to write you this email – so I am contacting you through Jeremy Barber – I take it we are both represented by UTA . Great agency.
I’ve just finished a marathon of watching “BREAKING BAD” – from episode one of the First Season – to the last eight episodes of the Sixth Season. (I downloaded the last season on AMAZON) A total of two weeks (addictive) viewing.
I have never watched anything like it. Brilliant!
Your performance as Walter White was the best acting I have seen – ever.
I know there is so much smoke blowing and sickening bullshit in this business, and I’ve sort of lost belief in anything really.
But this work of yours is spectacular – absolutely stunning. What is extraordinary, is the sheer power of everyone in the entire production. What was it? Five or six years in the making? How the producers (yourself being one of them), the writers, directors, cinematographers…. every department – casting etc. managed to keep the discipline and control from beginning to the end is (that over used word) awesome.
From what started as a black comedy, descended into a labyrinth of blood, destruction and hell. It was like a great Jacobean, Shakespearian or Greek Tragedy.
If you ever get a chance to – would you pass on my admiration to everyone – Anna Gunn, Dean Norris, Aaron Paul, Betsy Brandt, R.J. Mitte, Bob Odenkirk, Jonathan Banks, Steven Michael Quezada – everyone – everyone gave master classes of performance … The list is endless.
Thank you. That kind of work/artistry is rare, and when, once in a while, it occurs, as in this epic work, it restores confidence.
You and all the cast are the best actors I’ve ever seen.
That may sound like a good lung full of smoke blowing. But it is not. It’s almost midnight out here in Malibu, and I felt compelled to write this email.
Congratulations and my deepest respect. You are truly a great, great actor.
Best regards
Tony Hopkins.

Willem Dafoe has revealed that he will return as Gil in Finding Dory, the sequel of Finding Nemo. In other Disney news, Aaron Taylor Johnson and Elizabeth Olsen have been confirmed as Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch in Avengers 2: The Age of Ultron. Johnson best known as KickAss in the movie... Uh... KickAss and Olsen is best known for living in the shadow of her older twin sisters.

So there is a new movie from Bong Joon-Ho called Snowpiercer. It was made in Korea and was optioned by the Weinstein Company for american audiences but now Bong is apparently furious about cuts to the film for the US. And I just like saying Bong. Bong.

Bong.

Anyone know the name Kevin Tsujihara?  No? Well he's the guy who thinks that he's the Kevin Feige of DC... He even changed his name to Kevin. Well he is the guy talking about Wonder Woman saying that DC will have her on a big screen or a tiny screen soon. Though, I think I want her on a tiny screen as she slowly ties me up with her lasso of tru... Hey so yeah... I'm hard now.

The kind of weird but one of the biggest next gen releases is already sending out beta codes before the new systems even are released. Bungie's Destiny has already sent out the codes even though the consoles aren't out.

So there is a bunch of TV news we'll get to first. First off Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Had it's first real guest star on Tuesday. If you didn't see it I'll try not to spoil it; though the secret has 1408 possibilities, is a Phantom Menace, and is anything but Unbreakable. Seriously though, this opens the door for other huge characters to guest star on what is turning out to be a really good show. Secondly, The Simpsons has announced that one of the main/recurring characters will join Maude Flanders in the afterlife. Only 2 permanent deaths from a series older than Mitch ain't bad. Who could it be? well the only clue we have is that the actor who plays this character has won an Emmy for the role. not much of a clue at all. Breaking Bad ended and even though there was a lot of sadness it was apparently very well handled.

From TV to episodic movies. Oscar winning actor Daniel Day-Lewis is apparently in the sights of the crew of Star Wars Episode VII: The Quest for More Money. Though I may have fucked that Spaceballs reference I believe you all get the idea.

So a few weeks ago we told you about the movie J.K. Rowling is writing based in the Harry Potter universe. Well apparently that isn't the only movie WB is trying to milk out of the now classic series. Classic meaning it came out 20 years ago.

The forth Narnia film is now in development. Based on The Silver Chair, the forth book in the series. Am I the only one thinking we should reboot Narnia and start again in fucking order?

Fuck you Mark Millar! I can't get a comic writing gig but apparently every fucking book you write is box office gold or at least cinema fodder. Mark Millar's children's book, Kindergarden Heroes will be made into a feature film.

Disney's Maleficent is apperntly getting some huge fucking buzz, so much so that Disney thinks all Villain based movies are a good idea. So stay tuned for Cruella. The life of Cruella De Vil focusing on how she got to the point of wanting to skin dogs.

So the makers of the next Friday The 13th installment want it to be found footage. Well lets change the entire format for the film's 13th installment...groan... Seriously this would work as a reboot but not a sequel. Basically we already know Jason. Why not reboot the franchise and make it all about the horror inflicted on these poor over sexed teens? Here's my pitch for Friday the 13th: Part 13: A group of documentarians decide to shoot a documentary about their old camp, Camp Crystal Lake. They find that their camp has been left to rot after the camp's owners lost their special needs son to the lake. The crew decides to stay on premises while shooting and telling stories about their memories of the camp, spicing in video from old camp videos and family movies from different people. The group finds a bunch of weird stuff in the cabins including a cabin filled diaries written by Pamela Voorhees, which will give clues to how Jason was resurrected and possibly if it can be mentioned, a khandarian book, a dream demon, and a man in a William Shatner mask. Possibly making Pamela the catalyst for some of the greatest, horrible, frightening occurrences in cinema history. And then all of the film makers die in proper Friday the 13th fashion. The movie ends with a sideways camera view of Pamela Voorhees completing the resurrection spell bringing Jason back to life but now with a blood thirsty demon inside. One so thirsty that he kills his mother. The end.
